The Southeast Bulloch flag football team took two more steps to an unprecedented fifth-straight state title Thursday evening. They opened up the state playoff by knocking off Oconee County 20-0 and then clinched a spot in the quarterfinals with a 7-6 win over Starr’s Mill.
