It’s been a massive week for the Braves full of positive developments.
On the field, star rookies AJ Smith-Shawver and Drake Baldwin are announcing themselves to the baseball world, helping the Braves get back to .500 for the first time since Opening Day. On the injury front, Spencer Strider is set to return following a sim game that went well on Wednesday. He’s expected to join the club next week in Washington, and Ronald Acuña Jr. isn’t too far behind. His rehab assignment was transferred to Gwinnett, where he had two hits in his first game with the Stripers.
