Board of Education says ‘no’ to proposed FY27 budget

A vote on the proposed budget was denied by a vote of 1-4, with Abigail Coggin casting the lone vote for approval. A special called meeting to discuss the budget is expected to be scheduled in the next few days. Coggin attended the meeting remotely.
