Do your cruises sell out often?

Yes, our cruises sell out frequently. To secure your spot, we recommend booking your reservations as early as possible.

Does the boat sail in bad weather?

We sail rain or shine! However, in the case of severe weather or dangerous river conditions, the boat’s captain will decide if it’s safe to proceed. Refunds are available for cancelled cruise.

Is the boat wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the boarding ramps and main decks of all our vessels are wheelchair accessible.

Can I smoke on the boat?

Smoking is permitted only on the outside decks. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the interior cabin of the boat.

Are drinks included with dining cruises?

Yes, dining cruises include iced tea, lemonade, soft drinks, and coffee. Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase at the cash bar on board.

Where can we park?

There are several public parking lots on River Street, and the Bryan Street Parking Garage is just two blocks from our Riverboat Ticket Office. It offers over 400 spaces at an hourly fee. Additionally, many hotels offer transportation to and from the riverboat, which you can arrange through your hotel’s concierge. Tour buses longer than 35 feet require a special parking permit.

Absolutely! Many hotels in the historic downtown Savannah area are within walking distance of our dock, offering you a variety of convenient options.

Where is your ticket office located?

In front of the riverboat dock at 9 East River Street, behind City Hall and next door to the Hyatt Regency.
