CHRIS 180, an Atlanta-based nonprofit that provides trauma-informed care to children, youth and families, has added three new members to its board of directors.
The newly-instated members are Justin Honaman, Ryan Oliver and Rondah Q. Thomas, who collectively offer experience in areas such as “business strategy, technology and innovation, workforce development, governance and community leadership,” said a release.
Honaman is currently the global head of Worldwide Retail, Restaurants and Consumer Goods Business Development at Amazon/AWS, in addition to serving on the Leadership Atlanta board and hosting “The ContenderCast,” a global consumer industries podcast.
Oliver is the chief executive officer and co-founder of TradeUp, a fintech brokerage and mobile trading platform. He has garnered more than 20 years of commercial leadership experience, including senior roles at Twitter/X and GE, in addition to holding advisory roles with Hands On Atlanta, the Woodruff Arts Center and Furkids.

Thomas, a Georgia Tech graduate with over 25 years of experience in human resources and organizational leadership, is currently an area manager at Georgia Power and has served on several community and nonprofit boards, including the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce and the Callanwolde Fine Arts Center, to name a few.
CHRIS 180 says that Honaman, Oliver and Thomas will help the nonprofit amidst plans to expand the reach of its community support services.
“These leaders bring fresh perspective and proven expertise, and we’re excited to welcome them to the CHRIS 180 family,” said Cati Diamond Stone, president and chief executive officer of CHRIS 180.
In addition to its trio of new members, the mental health organization also announced its elected board officers, consisting of Lori B. Chennault as chair, Deirdra Glover as vice chair, Nicole S. Long as treasurer and Erika Montag as secretary.
