Is there anything in this world better than watching Florida Gator fans being miserable. I submit that there is not.

And if you enjoy miserable Florida fans, the 2021 World’s Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party was a banner affair for you.It began promisingly enough. The #1 ranked Bulldogs missed a field goal on their opening drive, giving the Gators a sliver of hope. In fact the Gators held the Dawgs to a 0-0 tie through the first quarter.

The Bulldogs did manage to connect on a field goal early in the second, but the Sunshine State Saurians were still in this one.

Right up until they weren’t.

It started innocuously enough with an Anthony Richardson fumble. James Cook then scored on the next play. Then when Florida got the ball back and Richardson threw a pick. Stetson Bennett made him pay for it by completing a 36 yard touchdown to Kearis Jackson on the ensuing play. Suddenly it was 17-3 Georgia. It couldn’t get worse, right? Wrong.

Richardson’s second interception in less than a minute of game time resulted in a Nakobe Dean touchdown that everyone , including Gary Danielson, saw coming from a mile away.

Two offensive snaps. 21 points. Total Gator humiliation. It doesn’t get any better than that.
